Andy Walker is My Hero!
For latecomers to this blog (both of you), I try to deal with business topics. In my ‘real’ life (ie paid), I also offer software on a variety of sites: activebits.com (my main one), gift-cal.com, and promo-cal.com – which was the product they featured.
I created a custom design software calendar to welcome the show to Canadian TV. They migrated up here after TechTV become G4TechTV, and a lot of the old favorites disappeared as the channel moved their demographics down to the teens and early twenties.
Promo-Cal is a Windows calendar that you can order customized to suit, and also include your name, address and contact information. Clients can download it and enter information as well, or just have a handy, good looking calendar on their computer.

Obviously, I’m tickled; whether it means any notoriety or business, who can say, but it was fun seeing famous people say ‘good stuff’ about my software – it’s like I practically know Andy and Leo now…
